- Order details — your name, mobile number, delivery address and governorate, and (optionally) your email — provided at checkout so we can confirm and deliver your order.
- Account details — if you create an account: your name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never store it in plain text).
- Newsletter — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Land enquiries — your name, contact details, and message when you enquire about agricultural land.
- Technical — your cart contents and language preference (stored locally in your browser), and a secure session cookie when you sign in.
How we use your information
- To process, confirm, and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them by phone, WhatsApp, or email — whichever contact method you choose.
- To respond to your land enquiries and questions.
- To send occasional updates if you subscribed to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Payments
Orders are currently Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order — for example your name, address, and phone number with the delivery courier. Order confirmations may be sent through email or WhatsApp service providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention & your rights
We keep order information for as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and support. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
